nether one is a good choice new plans n stead of sticking with old ones are good but u cant change a lot of old things without trying the first plans that were put in place let them work first and making more cuts and trying to get better benefits and more money stop being selfish and stop focusing on the middle class what about the lower class and the people under them and maybe it there fault but you cant keep leaving them out and then taking more money in short i really don't care for ether as long as some one gets the us back up and ruining.
